John was absolutely amazing! He diagnosed what I thought would be a massive issue… a dead battery. 😂

John was super kind about the whole thing, even though I felt very silly. Thanks John! 🪫

John has been our plumber for more than a decade, and today he fitted a new gas heater to replace the one he installed 12 years ago. He has always been an absolute gentleman and often goes above and beyond the job he is called for. This long overdue, '6' star review is a small token of our thanks for his excellent work.

Top Gas provided an excellent experience from start to finish. John arranged same day service quickly and when I needed to adjust the scope slightly, the team accommodated without any hassle. Gift, the installer, did a fantastic job. He was meticulous about compliance and took great care not to damage my newly installed kitchen cupboards. Professional, efficient and reliable service. I would highly recommend Top Gas for any gas installation needs.

John and Gift are very professional and knowledgeable. They did a new gas geyser and infrastructure installation in my flat, as well as removing the old electric geyser. It was a big, long job and they powered through without compliant. Thank you, John!

Very pleased! John was quick to respond over WhatsApp to set up an appointment. Gift was lightning quick at diagnosing and fixing an issue with our stove, and then he went above and beyond - took the initiative and went ahead and gave our stove lines and jets a much-needed cleaning. I will 100% be calling TG&P next time I have an issue!

Outstanding service from Top Gas and Plumbing! I was helped by John Hardie, who truly went above and beyond. Other plumbers told me I needed to buy unnecessary items that would have cost me thousands of rands, but John was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me.
Even though I was outside their normal working area, John took the time to phone me and guide me step by step. Thanks to him, my problem was resolved without costing me a single cent.
A huge thank you to John Hardie for his integrity and kindness, and thank you to Top Gas and Plumbing for having staff who are willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended!
